Never one to fit into a musical box, Sara artfully combines Jazz, Soul & Gospel and takes one step further in establishing her unique sound. That being said, you should clearly hear her respect for her many musical heroes in these tracks...artists like Anita Baker, Stevie Wonder, India Arie, Andrae Crouch and the Winans who helped shaped her spiritual and musical character.
